CHRISTOPHER J. CALABRESE

  • Mr. Calabrese began his career in real estate in 2013 and quickly realized his passion for the real estate industry. Since founding The CS Organization in 2016, Christopher has expanded the firm's capabilities to include three verticals: boutique real estate brokerage, capital advisory and the strategic pursuit of multi-family development and acquisition in focused markets of Florida and New York. Over the course of his career, Mr. Calabrese has arranged the sale and financing of numerous properties and has been involved in real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Calabrese earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Iona University.

TIMOTHY ROMAN

CO-FOUNDER & COO

  • Timothy Roman is the founder of a full service vertically integrated real estate development and construction businesses. All went from zero to 7 figures 100% on the backbone of digital marketing, rigorous systems and SOP implementation. After only 7 years in business Timothy’s business has grossed over $25 m in gross revenue. This makes Timothy a world class operator who is able to implement strategic and creative business plans to action extremely effectively. His immigrant success story is Featured in Gary Vaynerchuk’s latest New York Times Best Seller “Crushing It”.
